The different procedures to put in place
The payment order procedure :
Quick procedure which allows any creditor with a contract (acknowledgment of debt, lease, etc.) or any trader with an unpaid invoice to initiate proceedings against a non-payer.
- A summons to pay giving the debtor 8 days to set up a payment schedule or settle the debt.
- In the absence of payment, the filing of a request for an order for payment.
- The judge issues an order.
- Meaning of order
- If no payment or dispute has occurred within one month following service of the order: Seizures on accounts, seizure of remuneration, cars, etc.

Recovery of alimony or civil/criminal debt :
